Sealcoat being applied to an asphalt surface

SITEWORK ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA

ASPHALT PAVING
& SEALING.NORTH GEORGIA.

A paving contractor that explains what you're paying for, from the base up.

FROM THE BASE UP

A PAVING CONTRACTOR
WHO SHOWS THE MATH.

No two paving jobs price the same, and we'd rather walk you through why than hand you a number that doesn't hold up once we're on site. The base under the asphalt, the square footage, and whether we're patching by hand or paving by machine all move the price.

We handle the job from site preparation and grading through the finished surface, for driveways, parking lots and commercial properties.

Roller compacting a newly paved asphalt surface

A COMPLETE START

WHAT OUR ASPHALT PAVING CONTRACTOR COVERS

New asphalt installation

Base, binder and topping, built for the load the surface carries, from driveways to commercial lots.

Patch and repair

Hand-worked patching for isolated damage, priced differently than full paving because the labor is different.

Sealcoating

A protective layer against water, sunlight, oil and everyday wear that helps slow surface deterioration.

Tear-out and resurface

Old asphalt removed and replaced where patching won't hold, graded and based before anything new goes down.

KEEPING ASPHALT IN SERVICE

PROTECT THE SURFACE.
EXTEND ITS LIFE.

Not every worn surface needs to be replaced. Resurfacing, sealcoating and targeted repairs keep pavement safer and smoother for longer.

Asphalt resurfacing

A new layer of asphalt over the existing pavement restores worn or aging surfaces without a complete replacement, addressing widespread cracking and roughness.

Sealcoating

Protects asphalt from sunlight, moisture, oil and everyday wear, with a refreshed, uniform finish that helps extend the life of the surface.

Pothole and patch repair

Targeted repairs to potholes, cracks and damaged sections before they become larger and more expensive problems.

ONE CREW. A CLEAR SEQUENCE.

HOW AN ASPHALT PAVING JOB RUNS

STEP 01

Walk the site

We look at what's there now, the base condition, and how the surface will be used.

STEP 02

Quote the work

A written scope showing base, binder, topping or sealcoat, and what drives the price.

STEP 03

Prep and base

Grade, compact and bring in rock where the existing base won't carry the new surface.

STEP 04

Pave or seal

Binder and topping for new asphalt, or sealcoat for a surface that's still sound.

STEP 05

Final walk

We walk the finished surface with you before we call the job done.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

ASPHALT PAVING AND SEALCOATING QUESTIONS WE GET

Start with the property and what you want to do. We'll help you work through the details.

ASK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

It depends on the base condition and the square footage more than anything else. A resurface over a sound base prices very differently than a job that needs new rock, regrading, binder and topping, so we quote it after we see the site.

Both. Patching is hand work, shoveling and raking material into isolated damage, which is priced differently than paving a full surface with machines.

Yes. We've paved everything from single driveways to large commercial lots, and we've repaved active commercial sites without shutting the business down.
