SITEWORK ACROSS NORTH GEORGIA

SITE DEVELOPMENT
& DEMOLITION.NORTH GEORGIA.

Demolition and site cleanup that turn your property into usable, build-ready space.

FROM OVERGROWN TO BUILD-READY

TAKE IT DOWN.
GET IT READY.

From a single interior tear-out to a full structure removal, we take down what's there and haul it away, leaving the site clean and ready for the next phase.

Demolition in Georgia comes with paperwork. Most projects need a local demolition permit, utility disconnects and, for many buildings, a state asbestos notice before work can start, so we plan for those up front.

BEFORE ANYTHING COMES DOWN

THE PAPERWORK
COMES FIRST.

Demolition has more rules up front than most site work. These are the ones that set the schedule.

State asbestos notice

Georgia EPD requires written notice by U.S. Mail at least ten working days before most demolition projects. Homes with four or fewer dwelling units are exempt unless they are part of a larger project.

Utility disconnects

Local demolition permits require services to be shut off first. Austell’s application, for example, lists power, gas, water, sewer, cable and phone.

Locate before excavating

Georgia law requires a call to 811 at least three business days before excavating. A locate request stays valid for 30 days, so longer projects need a new one.

ONE CREW. A CLEAR SEQUENCE.
